RENTAL RATES

 

$200 refundable security deposit

1-12 people, Any day of the week: $50 non-refundable reservation/use fee

13-25 people, Monday through Thursday except holidays: $75 non-refundable reservation/use fee

26-50 people: Monday through Thursday except holidays: $100 non-refundable reservation/use fee

Over 50 people: Monday through Thursday except holidays: $125 non-refundable reservation/use fee

Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and holidays – Add $25 to the applicable nonrefundable fee above

LAST MINUTE RESERVATIONS (24-48 hours in advance)

Up to 25 people: $35 non-refundable reservation/use fee
